Quality Assurance Audits

CNA randomly audits 10 per cent of candidates who are due to renew by continuous learning (CL). These audits are important for quality control of the certification process.

Randomly selected candidates are asked for supporting documents that show how their CL activities align with their CNA certification. Supporting documents can include certificates of attendance, receipts, transcripts of marks, letters from supervisors, copies of articles written and lists of committee participants.
