The Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) and the Canadian Nursing Informatics Association (CNIA), in collaboration with Canada Health Infoway, invites you to participate in this voluntary and confidential 15-20 minute survey on your use of digital health technologies in nursing practice.

This survey was first conducted in 2014. This year’s survey aims to track progress and explore advancing areas of digital health in nursing practice. Your input is critical to informing and advancing the use of digital health technology in nursing practice across Canada.
