The Canadian Nurses Association developed the Stellar Certification Program to support nurses and improve health outcomes in long-term care (LTC) homes.
We are now pleased to offer Stellar certification as a pilot program!
We can accept a limited number of LTC homes as part of the pilot. Benefits include:
- Recognition as a CNA partner, helping advance workplace excellence for all nurses working in LTC
- Ability to provide feedback on the Stellar certification process, helping enhance the program before it is launched across Canada
- Having a positive impact on nurses and supporting them to deliver optimal care to individuals living in LTC, as well as their families
- Accessing the program at a special introductory rate
