A federal election has been called for September 20, 2021. Learn about CNA’s election priorities and discover how you can engage in this federal election. Nurses have an important role to play in political advocacy and can significantly influence policy-makers’ decisions. As a constituent and voter for your riding, you have many more ways to get your voice heard during the federal election beyond marking your ballot.

Charting a course for a healthier nation – CNA's 2021 Election Panel

September 7, 6-7 p.m. ET

Has health become the dominating force during the election? The Canadian Nurses Association is pleased to host this exciting virtual panel discussion on critical health issues during the 2021 federal election.

CNA’s panel will be moderated by André Picard, award-winning national health writer. Joining Mr. Picard as panelists will be David Coletto, CEO of Abacus Data, Laura Greer, Senior Vice-President, Health Public Affairs at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, and Dr. Karima Velji, health-care executive and registered nurse.
